ESP/IESP Facilitator References & Schedules

  • 1. Academic Reference

    A professor, TA, or facilitator whose class you have taken and who knows your work well.
  • Which course(s), tutorial(s), or workshop(s) did you take with them, and when?
  • Is there anything you need to tell us about this referee? For example, do they prefer to be contacted by phone or email? Will they be unavailable at certain times?
  • 2. Work Reference

    Someone who supervised your work in a paid or volunteer position. This should be someone who knows your work well, even if they are not the most senior person in the organization.

  • 3. Schedules

    Fill in and upload the blank timetable templates emailed to you in your individual interview invitation. Please follow the instructions precisely as incorrect timetables create enormous workload for our team. Please remember to save your timetables with the file name in the following format: FirstName-LastName-ESPCourse-FALL2020/WINTER2021. For example: John-Smith-PSYC1001C-FALL2020.
